Sharon Windham, SPHR, Senior Human Resources Consultant

Sharon joined the team in 2012, with more than ten years of experience. Sharon has devised win-win solutions to resolve employee and labor relations issues and workplace diversity.

She has conducted grievance hearings and assisted general counsel in preparation for arbitration, ensured compliance with policies and procedures, conducted investigations, resolved employee complaints and conducted performance reviews while promoting positive employee relations via coaching and counseling.  She supports clients with human resource operations, employee and labor relations, performance management and conflict resolution.  Sharon holds a bachelor's degree in communications and is SPHR certified.
