Tamara Harper, SHRM-CP, Senior Human Resources Consultant

Tamara joined the team in 2023, with ten years of strategic and operational human resources management experience in nonprofit and for-profit environments.  Before joining Pinnacle HR Consulting, she directed performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.  Tamara has coached and advised senior leaders, managers, and employees on the full range of human resources matters throughout the employee life cycle.  She has also led training in various topics for managers and employees.

 

Tamara holds a bachelor of science degree in Urban Policy Studies - Human Resource Management and is a certified human resources professional.
