Andrea Hill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRS, Senior Human Resources Consultant

Andrea joined the team in 2014, with over ten years of progressive, generalist experience in the nonprofit, private, quasi-government and government contractor sectors. 

She is a skilled human resource project manager with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.  Andrea supports clients with human capital strategy, employee benefits and incentive programs, training and employee development, performance management, and recruitment.  Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is SPHR, SHRM-SCP and CHRS certified.
